The ‘Full Support’ service includes:
- aligning agricultural parcels with the current cultivated area;
- assigning the following to crop fields: cadastral parcels, their identification numbers, owners, and lease payment dates;
- entering crop history data based on information provided by the User;
- deriving field management (yield) zones;
- deriving soil sampling zones;
- integrating soil sampling results (provided that the location of the sampling zones or points is known);
- development of fertiliser management plans and related reports in accordance with official requirements, including those relating to the “Carbon Farming and Nutrient Management” eco-scheme;
- creation of prescription maps for:
- sowing;
- mineral fertiliser application;
- organic fertiliser application;
- liming;
- plant protection tratments;
based on the information and guidelines provided by the User (products used, timing, doses—unless otherwise specified in fertiliser management plans), as well as crop condition data available on the platform;
- Maintaining records of:
- fertilisation treatments;
- plant protection treatments;
- other agrotechnical treatments;
- 5 hours of online training on how to use the SatAgro platform;
- remote support for exporting application maps, including wireless transfer;
Items in italics are also included in the standard customer support provided with every paid SatAgro subscription.
For each aspect of support, the User is required to provide the necessary information at least ten business days prior to the expected date of integration into the platform.
